We are seeking entry-level content moderation and Customer Service representatives to help support one of our favorite gaming clients! As a member of this team, you will moderate content via Twitch, Discord, and YouTube as well as respond to customer inquiries via emails.
You will be given their account access as well as being told what to reply to the most commonly asked questions. Twitch is a huge growth channel for many businesses so they are hiring a lot of people all over the world for these jobs and the pay is very good.
What you will be doing: Chat Support assistants get paid to reply to messages on the platforms like YouTube and Twitch. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
