We are looking for a US-based, enthusiastic, and customer-centric Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for ensuring that Customer Service remains best in a class by clearly and effectively responding to customer requests in a timely manner through our care channels (email, Chat Support, etc).
What you will be doing: Chat Support Customer Service associates handle incoming Customer Service questions via Chat Support on businesses’ websites and Remote Social Media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
