Freelance Customer Chat Support Agent (Work from Home)

We are currently searching for a Chat Support Agent. The Chat Support Agent will be responsible for providing a variety of Customer Service-related duties for the company and our clients. This person will interact daily with visitors on our clients’ websites (via Chat Support software) and will be expected to provide exceptional Customer Service in real-time. They should be capable of handling multiple incoming requests for information.

This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service. You don’t need any experience for this job because full training is provided, and we are looking for people who can start work right away.

What you will be doing: As a freelance Chat Support agent you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
