We’re looking to add a Chat Support assistant for our Customer Service team. We are needing someone who can commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly (with the possibility of up to 20 hours), with a majority of hours scheduled Monday through Thursday on our high-volume days.
What you will be doing: As a Chat Support assistant you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
