Chat Support Representative

This is an open job position to be a Chat Support representative. We currently have lots of different businesses hiring for these positions in the United States right now. Chat Support representatives are the people who answer the customer’s Chat Support support or sales questions on a business’s website. The work is done online, normally from home. Full training is provided so you don’t need any previous related experience.

What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website Chat Support feature and respond to customer questions. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from the team as well.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: 

Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

Be able to work independently.

Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.

Have 10+ hours availability per week.

Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
