Beginner Level Call Center Support (Work from Home / No Phone Calling)

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be working as a problem solver for our customers. This is a high-energy, fast-paced call center role with unlimited opportunities to learn, grow and work with a talented and supportive team.

What you will be doing: As a Customer Service chat assistant you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
