Customer Care Chat Representative (Fully Work from Home)
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll serve as the first line of support for our stakeholders by providing accurate and thorough information to current and prospective members, providers and internal customers about our various health plans. In this role, you’ll make a difference for others every day.
What you will be doing: Chat Support Customer Service agents handle incoming Customer Service questions via Chat Support on businesses’ websites and Remote Social Media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
