Beginner Level Customer Success Representative (No Experience)

A Customer Success Representative will also assist with customer quality and service claims and processing orders and returns. Chat support involves items such as, but not limited to data entry (sales orders, quality, and service claims), and the creation of shipping labels, sales, and marketing sample orders.

What you will be doing: You will be a Chat Support assistant working in a Customer Service role. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business’s website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Worldwide worldwide (United States preferred).
