The chat support specialist is a fully Work from Home inbound/outbound Customer Service role that is focused on creating strong communication pathways between the online store and its customers via Chat Support and email.
This role will require that someone has established contact center experience, excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and thoughtful listening skills. The right candidate will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to be dependable, versatile, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Rate: $30 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level Chat Support jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid Chat Support work before.
