Job Description: As a Chat Support customer service agent, you will be required to chat in real-time, using online software to converse with customers and potential buyers. It’s as easy as using Facebook Messenger or WhatsApplication. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from the team as well.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: This is an Beginner Level chat agent job, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid Chat Support work before.
