Customer Service Chat Agent ? for Moms (Work from Home)

Multiple full-time and part-time, day and evening shift custom support positions are now available. What will you do? The digital customer service team processes customer questions and helps to resolve customer service issues/complaints through e-mail, chat, and Remote Social Media platforms.

As a Customer Service agent, you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Most of the time, you will simply need to cut and paste prepared answers to frequently asked questions, so the job is easy to complete.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level Chat Support jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid Chat Support work before.
