Customer Service Chat Specialist / Call Center / No Experience

As a Work from Home Chat Specialist, you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You must also be a team-oriented person who is open minded and willing to learn and who has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

It is also vital for your role as an Inbound Customer Service Representative that you are articulate with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to easily establish rApplicationort with customers.

What you will be doing: As a Chat Support assistant you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
