What you will be doing: As a Chat Support customer service assistant, you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $37 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level Chat Support jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid Chat Support work before.
