We are looking for a customer service representative to manage inquiries. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience using Remote Social Media Applications.
What you will be doing: Chat Support Customer Service agents handle incoming Customer Service questions via Chat Support on businesses’ websites and Remote Social Media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
