We have an online shoe retailer that is looking to hire 10 Chat Support assistants. They offer Chat Support sales and Customer Service to their customers on their website and this job posting is to hire workers to be these Chat Support assistants. Full training is provided and you work online from your phone or laptop.
What you will be doing: Each morning you will need to login into their Chat Support portal on their website and start answering the customer questions as they come in. The Chat Support software has a feature that helps you answer the most commonly asked questions easily and you also have a chat supervisor who can help you with any more difficult questions. There is a short training program that you need to go through, which takes 1 – 2 hours and then you can start work right away.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
