Chat Support Customer Service agent provides top-of-the-line Customer Service to our clients and their customers. This is a Work from Home position that provides support over Chat Support via real-time/live conversations with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and attention to detail.
What you will be doing: Your job will be to log in to the business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, to then reply to questions that have been sent by customers. Some of the questions will be from existing buyers who want support with their purchase and some will be from potential customers who are asking sales questions. You will be trained on how to handle all the different types of questions.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $32 per hour

Answer incoming client chat requests, take a message, and verify all of the information in the message is correct.
Schedule Applicationointments as requested
Represent our customers professionally and provide courteous service during the incoming messages.
Utilize critical thinking, and problem solving skills to address client issues in the most efficient way possible
How to Perform Essential Functions:
90% of work is performed via real-time/live conversations with clients via Chat Support.
All work is performed via computer or phone, using various software programs and Remote Social Media Applicationlications like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
