The Customer Service Agent provides top-of-the-line Customer Service to our clients and their customers.
This is a Work from Home role that provides support over Chat Support via real-time/live conversations with clients.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and attention to detail.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level Chat Support jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid Chat Support work before.
Location: You can work online from the United States.
