What you will be doing: As a Chat Support assistant you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This is primarily a Customer Service Chat Support job so you will be mainly answering questions from existing customers on things like returns and re-ordering. Full training is provided, and no experience is necessary.

Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to work independently.
Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
Have 10+ hours availability per week.
Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
