Within our Customer Response Center, the Work from Home Customer Service Representative provides timely, accurate and responsive information and service to online customers for a division of products, plans, and programs. Independently solve problems relating to policies within scope and escalate others as Applicationropriate. Identifies, analyzes, and owns customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.
What you will be doing: Chat Support Customer Service agents handle incoming Customer Service questions via Chat Support on businesses’ websites and Remote Social Media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Paid Training: Mandatory attendance is critical to your success and as such is required for the duration of training and performance will be continually assessed throughout.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
