Work from Home Customer Service ? Chat Support (No Phone Calling / Beginner Level)

Looking for customer service agents to resolve customers’ issues or queries effectively and efficiently assuring clear communication and customer understanding through multiple channels (like email, Chat Support, Remote Social Media etc. ) or escalating to the Applicationropriate contact.

What you will be doing: As a Chat Support support assistant you will be paid to reply to Chat Support messages on a business’s website or Remote Social Media accounts. This is primarily a Customer Service Chat Support job so you will be mainly answering questions from existing customers on things like returns and re-ordering. Full training is provided, and no experience is necessary.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
