An entry-level position within the Contact Center. Duties include work associated with receiving and responding to customer Chat Support and e-mail inquiries and complaints relating to various customer service-related matters.
What you will be doing: Chat Support Customer Service agents handle incoming Customer Service questions via Chat Support on businesses’ websites and Remote Social Media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
