This is a job advertisement for a Chat Support Customer Service assistant. Your job will be to respond to Chat Support messages from customers on a business’s website and help them with their support questions. Most questions are about shipping rates, return policies and what types of items are in stock, etc. Don’t worry if you have not done this type of work before, this is an entry-level position and full training is provided.
What you will be doing: You will be a text chat operator working in a Customer Service role. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business’s website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to work independently.
Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
Have 10 + hours availability per week.
Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Work from Home Worldwide (United States preferred).
