As a chat support specialist, you will be providing high-touch concierge-level help desk support for customers on Remote Social Media platforms. Ability to maintain tracking of all communications through email and chat as well as those communications with other internal support team members.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level Chat Support jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid Chat Support work before.
